- Expertise In Asp.Net 3.5, C#.Net
- Should Have Atleast 1 Year Experience In WCF, WPF And Silverlight
- Expertise In Object Oriented Programming Techniques, Javascript, Asp.Net, Ajax, Xml, Xslt, Web Services, Design Patterns And Any Unit Testing Framework (Nunit)
- Ability To Lead A Diverse Team With Different Skill Levels And Backgrounds, When Assigned With Complex Tasks
- Sound Knowledge Of Threading, Performance Optimization And Security Analysis
- Sound Knowledge Of Rdbms
- Ability To Understand Existing Application Programs And Systems, Troubleshoot Issues, Isolate Problems And Identify Technical Solutions
- Ability To Review And Understand Existing Application Code And Relate To Design/Business Functions
- Ability To Work With Business Analysts/Tech Leads To Understand And Discuss Enhancements To Existing Application Code, Modules And Application Interfaces
