Job Description
1-2 year of experience in Winding, Motor assembly, Stator-Casing subassembly. Knowledge of operating Hydraulic press, hot air oven, Internal Resistance Testing and High Voltage Testing. Knows about Motor Auto tuning and motor balancing. 1-2 year of experience in Soldering, Battery Assembly, BMS Wiring & Basic Battery Knowledge. Experience Above 2years in Material Incoming And Out going , Material Loading & Unloading , Material Safely Movement, Record .Should be good Knowledge of Reading & writing English. Minimum Qualification ITI any trade . Expertise should be in Material Receipt & Issuing & storage, Material Line feeding online . 2 year or more experience in Dispatch Vehicle Receiving , Storage & Packing & Loading And documentation. Minimum Qualification ITI any trade . Should be good Knowledge of Reading & writing English Vehicle inspection online, Torque wrench handling and measurement. Able to address defects and resolution on same on real time basis
1-2 years in Material Incoming And Outgoing.
Knowledge of 2-wheeler vehicle repair- Education 10+ I.T.I Required Must, Tool Handling & Material Handling, Defect understanding, Knowledge Of 5S, Knowledge Of Assembly Line. machine operator, Safety principal education,2-3 years of experience (ITI electrical/electronics) in receiving inspection in Two-wheeler industry. Knowledge of Defects Category wise. 2-3 years experience in vehicle(Preferably2 Wheeler) functional & aesthetic inspection ,knowledge of basic measuring instruments e.g., V.C, micrometer, Height gauge. SICS / QCPC Check & Triangle “Q” Parameters confirmation in sub-Assy. N-02 / Shift & During Every Model change Over- Torquing , greasing , Locking Agent , Jig & Fixture Condition Check. Yellow Sheet. Triangle ‘Q’ Quality parameters confirmation at Q Process. (During Every Model change Over/N-02 Veh. Initially). Torquing , greasing , Locking Agent , Free play. 4 M Condition Check & Data recording. Jig & Fixture Condition Check. 2-3 years experience in vehicle(Preferably2 Wheeler) functional & aesthetic inspection ,knowledge of basic measuring instruments e.g., V.C, micrometer, Height gauge.2-3 years in 2 - wheeler industry, Knowledge of dyno and ride testing.should have driving license, Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.(VC, micrometer, Height gauge etc.)2-3 years experience in vehicle(Preferably2 Wheeler) functional & aesthetic inspection .1-2 years experience in vehicle aesthetic inspection, Knowledge Of Assembly Line.2-3 years experience in vehicle paint defect repair, real time touchup & aesthetic inspectionSpare Parts management
