Experience: 5 to 6 years
Location: Vadodara / Anand / Bharuch
Compensation: 5,40,000/- to 7,80,000/- P.A. (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Professional Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / B.Sc. & MBA - Marketing

Job Description:
- To do market survey on the demands
and need generation for the product range and hence segmenting the market.
- Customer Category analysis based
on the current market trends.
- Based on the segmentation,
bifurcation of the targets for each segment to be done.
- Strategic Planning and
Implementation of activities for achieving the sales targets.
- To do extensive marketing of the products, and to generate leads.
- To meet the sales target of the Organization by Generating Sufficient
Lead.
- To develop New Clientele list.
- To work on Customer Relationship management and retain the present
customers.
- To Motivate and guide Sales
Representatives (Existing) as well as to create new Sales Representation in
other Territory.
- Website Management.
- Exhibition Planning
- Mailers and Database
creation.
- CRM setup / ERP
Implementation for Sales team.
- Ready to travel minimum 20 days in a month. – Visit
all over India

We specialize in design, fabrication, engineering, installation & commissioning of
Pilot Plant/Mini-Plant & Standard Distillation Unit for Research & Development.
All glass parts are designed, fabricated, tested & installed as per International Norms
like ISO 3585, 3586, EN BS 1595, AD 2000 Merkblatt. On request, glass pilot plant
parts are available with CE Marking & documentation with added monetary value.
We have been launching an entire range of glass equipments in the Indian & global
