Job Description
Manager - Admin
Principal Accountabilities: Role Objective:-
• To provide administrative support and security to organization and its employees
• To protect and safeguard the company assets & establishments
Monitoring and coordinating the daily admin operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures & strict adherence to the laid down policies.
• Strategic deployment of staff & regular campus patrols & supervision.
• Reviewing the activities & conducting Trend Analysis to identify gaps and providing recommendations & solutions to overcome the shortfalls and strengthening the system.
• Conducting Threats & vulnerabilities assessment to discover potential threats & risks to the site & to assess the existing control measures as well as the additional control measures required to eradicate the risk or reduce the degree of risk.
• Taking regular rounds and checking for the cleanliness, upkeep & hygiene within the premises.
• To ensure desired level of discipline among contract workers, permanent workers and staff within the premises.
• To ensure training, development, welfare and motivation of admin staff
• Regular liaison with local agencies
• Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management
1. Overall Campus Facilities management
2. Managing Transportation, Soft Service Management
3. Vendor & Material management,
4. Compliance Management , People Management ,
5. Budgeting Controls, Invoicing & Billing.
6. Horticulture Service, Postal & Courier Service -
