We are looking for Assistant Manager/Customer Service Officer
Job Description :
Customer Service Officer-Assistant Manager Grade-1
· Handling cash /Fund Transfers/NEFT /RTGS Transaction within TAT
· Resolving customers' requests, queries & issues.
· Lobby Management
· Cross verification of KYC.
· Acquiring business with existing & new clients.
· Making for Customers Clearing Update.
· Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
· Responsible for enforcing adherence to set standards of the bank and ensuring regulatory (external & internal) compliance, including interaction with internal and statutory auditors.
· Client relationship management and customer services related to retail banking operations
· Handle all processes of Branch Banking.
· Achieved good productivity & quality in Loan Operation & Branch banking through disciplined & dedicated performance
· Able to handle Client/Customer queries also.
Salary Package :
For Fresher:
Annual CTC of Rs.3.20 Lac per annum
Inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and Mediclaim& Insurance cover (as per policy).
Candidate Desired Profile :
Ability to speak in local language and English.
Age: Strictly Below 26 Years.
Graduation/Post Graduation should be completed on a regular basis in the mandate. (Correspondence is Not Applicable)
