Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Must have good communication skills, will responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to the operations,
- Monitoring & review of overall functioning of processes,
- Ensure vendor service level agreements are being met and center performance aligns with strategic goals and priorities,
- Serve as a thought leader for Call Center Services,
- Develop, forecast, and deliver weekly/monthly site results reports,
- Recommend project specific changes in an approach to enhance production,
- Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annual goals of vendor contracts,
- Would need to work out of the client's office ( BKC)
