Position Summary:
- Way2Online is looking for a FRESH MINDS to join our Operations team.
- As an Operations trainee, responsible for driving the total Marketing channels to bring new consumers and drive revenue.
- You'll have a direct impact on the growth and success of the organization.
- The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.
- Acting as a bridge between the Data & Execution Team
- Analyzing the day-to-day campaign activity, identify pitfalls and design the next campaign
- Actively engaged in content creation to evoke the user which involves Triggering Keywords, Subject & Punch lines
- Driving the total campaign for the client and taking the ownership of the total numbers and revenue generation
- Working on the Campaign statistics & generate MIS reports periodically
- A Management Graduate from ANY Specialization
- Having a HEAD FOR FIGURES
- Logical & Analytics’ oriented all the time & should have an expert grip on Excel(MIS)
- Willing to work in a Start Up environment and become 'Resident Entrepreneurs'
- Go-getter Attitude & Great Business Analytic skills
- You will Identify strategic partners, educate them on our new technology and bringing them on board.
- You will also manage relationships with key existing partners.
- Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships
- Develop long term & short term strategy for partnerships aligned towards business requirement.
- Track, analyze and communicate key metrics monitor progress of the partners.
- You will be an individual contributor, however monitoring, training & developing your team will be your responsibility.
- You will find out the key decision makers in target organizations and contacting them to educate regarding the solution.
- Be an internal advocate for the partners on the needs of the market.
- Ability to define and execute within timelines by coordinating with multiple stakeholders & proven ability to deliver on time is one of your key attribute.
- Should have experience in building and managing Scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the new solution.
