Job Description
Hands-on experience in handling Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), Solvents, Engineering Stores, Finished Goods (FG), Hazardous Chemicals, and Dispensing Operations.
Experience with USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, MHRA, and PIC/S regulatory requirements is preferred.
Manage receipt, storage, dispensing, transfer, and issuance of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Solvents, Engineering Stores, and Finished Goods.
Ensure FEFO/FIFO principles are followed during storage and material issuance.
Maintain optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
Supervise warehouse activities across all shifts.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and periodic stock verification.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.
Minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses.
Coordinate annual physical inventory and statutory stock audits.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with cGMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), Data Integrity (ALCOA+), and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Maintain warehouse SOPs, logbooks, temperature records, dispensing records, and material traceability.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP)
Ensure dispensing of materials as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and dispensing SOPs.
Verify batch numbers, quantities, labels, and documentation before issuance.
Coordinate with Production and QA for line clearance and material availability.
