Prepare purchase order for machinery repairing
Prepare purchase order for service/maintenance item
Maintain register for in-out of machinery parts
Maintain Purchase order book for the purchase of machinery parts, Stationery, Maintenance items etc.
verify the invoice and submit to the accounts department
Prepare pending balance item report for an outsourcing supplier
Maintain all stock records
Go Outside for purchase whenever required
Get Quotations
Negotiate whenever required
