Job Description

Applications (7 nos. of photocopies of application) in the prescribed form of the University completed in all aspects are invited from the intending eligible candidates for the following post(s) in the Centre for Studies in Languages, D.U. so as to reach the undersigned on or before 30/06/2021 along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh , payable at Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch (Branch Code-994000). Nos. of post 2 (Two)

1. Post: Assistant Professor in Bodo Language

2. No. of post: 2 (Two)

3. Pay: (Pay-Band: Rs. 57,700 -1,42,400)

4. Qualification:

i. A Master's degree in Bodo Language with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed from any recognized University.

ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the NET/ SLET/ SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M. Phil 'Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

5. Desirable: Preference shall be given to the candidate having teaching experience in PG Level.
