Job Description
Handling Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversions using SAP ERP tool. • Managing Client meetings and updating weekly status and monthly status. • Leading small team exposure and meeting SLA and KPI for P2P and S2P Process • Supporting Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and support. • Acted as the primary point of contact for all supplier, proponent, and buyer-related inquiries throughout the Procurement to pay cycle. • Engaged with stakeholders to assess and address their procurement needs and requirements effectively. • Monitored and adhered to key performance indicators (KPIs) and turnaround time (TAT) standards. • Helped suppliers register on the Ariba platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. • Provided comprehensive support to suppliers by resolving login issues and addressing various technical queries. • Assisted suppliers in updating their supplier questionnaires, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Guided suppliers through RFP/RFQ events, enhancing their engagement and participation. • Collaborated with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure continuous platform optimization. • Managed and resolved inquiries received via inbound calls, chats, and tickets, diagnosing issues
