Name Mukul Kumar Sinha- 1119959 Band M3 Role Security Head Level as per Org Chart 02 Function: Admin Sub Function HR & Admin Location: Bhat Estimated total of direct and indirect reports 07 Reporting to (Administrative Manager) Dewang Kamdar Reporting to (Functional Manager) Pawan Sharma Principal Accountability: Major Purpose of the Job: • Access Control Management: Overseeing the movement of personnel, vehicles, and material at the main entry/exit points. • Manpower Management: Leading the security guard force (including third-party agencies) to ensure 24/7 vigil. • Security Strategy: Implementing protocols for perimeter security and emergency response. • Material Tracking: Ensuring rigorous checking of inward/outward material with proper documentation (Returnable/Non-Returnable Gate Passes). • Loss Prevention: Identifying and mitigating risks related to theft, pilferage, or unauthorized entry. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws (for guards) and safety regulations. • Technology Integration: Managing gate automation, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management systems (VMS). Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: • Gate Operations: Supervise the Main Gate to ensure zero security breaches and smooth traffic flow. • Protocol Enforcement: Implementing strict frisking, vehicle scanning, and ID verification procedures. • Incident Management: Acting as the first responder for security threats, fire alarms, or medical emergencies at the gate. • Vendor & Visitor Management: Streamlining the entry process for vendors, VIPs, and contractors while maintaining digital/physical logs. • Asset Protection: Coordinating with the warehouse/logistics team to verify gate passes against physical stock. • Audit & Reporting: Conducting daily shift briefings and submitting daily/weekly security incident reports to management. • Process Improvement: Coordinating with the IT team to implement or upgrade SAP/ERP security modules for gate entry. • Training: Conducting regular mock drills and training sessions for guards on fire safety and soft skills.
