Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis and Market Development
Do sales analysis of existing business and prepare report to regional head and
sales team on sales performance and highlight gaps to achieve sales budget.
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity mapping for
Healthcare products and prepare strategic presentation for business line
covering:
o Indian pharma and biopharma pipelines (generics, complex generics,
injectables, biologics)
o Local and regional competitors (excipients, CDMOs, lipid and formulation
players)
o Regulatory and quality trends impacting excipient and drug delivery
adoption
Assist in customer outreach, preparing technical and commercial
presentations, and coordinating introductory meetings.
Analyse existing opportunity pipeline and develop opportunity map
Handling marketing activities
REQUIREMENTS – Desired Candidates profile
1. Duration of employment – 1 year on Temporary basis
2. Qualification: B.Pharm + MBA or MBA. Minimum one year of sales experience.
3. Area of Expertise: Sales and business development in B2B - preferably in
healthcare sector.
4. Behavioral Attributes: Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Team Player, Intercultural
mix, Good and clear communication, Open to new Ideas /propose new ideas/new
responsibilities.
