Job Description
Role: Associate Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency.
- Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
- Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
- Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
- Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting.
- Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
- Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
- Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification – Graduate in any disciple with a proven track record
- 0 to 2 years of work experience sales experience with a proven track record of achievements.
- Prior recruitment experience.
- Fluency in English language and MS office skills.
