Designation: Associate – Customer Engagement & Success
Eligibility:Any Graduate passed out in the year 2016- 2018
Fluency in English and Hindi is Mandatory
Job Desrciption:
- Regularly engage with the Customers to ensure the clients effectively use updated and advanced features of the software thereby increasing Customer satisfaction
- Build excellent relationships with Client Doctors
- Own the requirements from the clients and follow-up with internal Tech and Sales-Ops teams to ensure closure
- Resolve any issues that the Clients may face
Skills Required:
- Excellent at communication – able to effectively engage with clients from various locations across India
- Able to fluently handle calls in multiple languages
- Great at prioritizing tasks to get things done
- Quick to learn the product and fully understand the context in which it is deployed
- Prioritizing Customer Success – with great empathy for issues faced by the Customer
- Being self-assured without being arrogant
