Designation: Associate – Customer Engagement & Success

Eligibility:Any Graduate passed out in the year 2016- 2018

Fluency in English and Hindi is Mandatory

Job Desrciption:

Regularly engage with the Customers to ensure the clients effectively use updated and advanced features of the software thereby increasing Customer satisfaction
Build excellent relationships with Client Doctors
Own the requirements from the clients and follow-up with internal Tech and Sales-Ops teams to ensure closure
Resolve any issues that the Clients may face

Skills Required:

Excellent at communication – able to effectively engage with clients from various locations across India
Able to fluently handle calls in multiple languages
Great at prioritizing tasks to get things done
Quick to learn the product and fully understand the context in which it is deployed
Prioritizing Customer Success – with great empathy for issues faced by the Customer
Being self-assured without being arrogant
