Job Title: Associate -Email Campaign

Brief description :

The Sales Campaign Associate works closely to develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
The role would include identifying appropriate segments, channel, developing campaign strategies, managing the creative development process (copy, design), programming campaigns and testing.
Create strategic email programs that deliver against revenue and lead generation goals.
Ensure email messages are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, and utilize responsive design
Oversee email production process and creation of every email, ensuring flawless execution
Report on results and provide insights and recommendations
Conduct analysis of results and develop testing plans to continuously improve email performance
Optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, conversion rates, mobile rendering, etc.
Problem-solve deliverability issues, including detailed analysis of bounces, spam complaints, opt-outs and ISP server responses
Manage special email requests for clients and coordinate timeline and deliverables
Stay up to date on email best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Lead the maintenance of clean marketing lists to minimize occurrences of unsubscribes, bounce rates and spam marks. Monitor deliverability, complaint rates, bounce rates and sender score to reduce risk of being blacklisted.
