Job Title: Associate HR
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: Freshers (2024-2025 pass out)
CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA
We are looking for fresh talent to join our HR team and grow with us in a collaborative and

Role Overview:
We are hiring an enthusiastic and people-focused Associate HR Business Partner to support
our HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for
freshers to kickstart their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Support employee engagement, communication, and welfare initiatives
- Maintain and update employee data, HRIS, and documentation
- Help execute training, development, and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in policy implementation
- Provide support in internal grievance handling and query resolution
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA (Preferred), MCA.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- A passion for working with people and building company culture
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the HR domain
- Organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
