Job Description

Sourcing and Vendor Management:
Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers.
Evaluate vendors based on factors like quality, price, and delivery time.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Procurement Process:
Generate and manage purchase orders.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Manage supplier performance and address any issues.
Cost Management:
Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
Negotiate favorable prices and discounts.
Quality Assurance:
Review the quality of purchased products and services.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor information, and invoices.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
