Job Responsibility:

• Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment
• To handle the inquiries of the customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Maintain and grow the database of prospects and contacts
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
• Prospect research for sales leads in the global sales channel
• Basic IT know-how i.e. knowledge of the Information Technology
• To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers
• Attend Process/quality training, lectures, and presentations as required
• Prepare reports on a regular basis (Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
• Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services
• Identify and qualify prospects based on their skills/expertise; by geography, industry type and size
• Actively profile all customers and use effective methodologies to promote our products or services
• Effective lead generation skills and having strong knowledge of using diverse ways to generate new leads
• To use primary & secondary research techniques/ existing database/ customer list to classify and fortify potential customers
• Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information
• Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts
• Create, analyze, amalgamate and compile data and information using various data sources like linkedIn, Company Website, Bloomberg, Google finance & various leading financial magazines etc
• Suggest amendments or changes to internal processes and data processing meet or exceed marketing goals and to reach the highest level of client customer satisfaction

Key Skills:

• Proactive “can do” mentality and a goal-oriented work style.
• Knowledge of marketing automation (ex: HubSpot, autopilot, etc.)
• Fluent in how to translate ideas into executable plans with tangible results.
• A real entrepreneurial spirit and crave a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• One must have marketing/business/engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Skilled in working with CRM tools, email marketing/automation tools, and web analytics.
• A passion for digital marketing technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
