ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Video KYC (Know Your Customer) agents play a crucial role in customer on-boarding for Obopay PPI. Their primary job is to facilitate and streamline the process of customer identification and verification remotely.
Remote Verification: Video KYC allows banks to verify the identity of customers without requiring them to visit a branch. Agents conduct live video sessions with customers to confirm their identity and validate their documents, providing a convenient and secure alternative to in-person verification.
Fraud Prevention: Video KYC agents are trained to detect fraudulent activities and verify the authenticity of documents in real-time. They use various tools and techniques to ensure that the customer is genuine and that the documents provided are not forged or tampered with.
