Associate Professor job recruitment in Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)

Eligibility : A Good academic record with a Ph. D. in Social Sciences / Management and active engagement in research with strong publications record. A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences / Management with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry with minimum of seven publications in the peer reviewed or UGC listed journals and total research score of seventy five (75) as per the criterio given.

Remuneration :  Consolidated Pay of Rs. 1.45 lakh per month or Salary of Associate Professor as per UGC norms.

Application Fee :  The application fee of Rs. 1000/- is to be paid on-line. The SC/ST/PWD candidates will be waived from the application fee if they attach the required certificate with the online application form. The application will be valid only on receipt of the application fee for those who are required to pay. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Selection Procedure :  Interview

The eligible candidates will be communicated through an e-mail to appear for the interview to be conducted at TISS, Mumbai. The interview is proposed to be held in the first week of December 2019.
