Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and lead generation.

• Promote General Insurance products such as:

  • Health Insurance

  • Motor Insurance

  • Travel Insurance

  • Home Insurance

  • Commercial Insurance

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.

• Maintain customer records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
