Job Description

Associate Software Engineer would get challenging and innovative coding and implementation assignments in a fast paced environment.
They would work in collaboration with Senior Developers, directly interacting with customers and thus acquiring end-to-end project exposure to quickly graduate to the Software Engineer role.
He/She is expected to develop skills in both front-end and backend aspects of the applications.
This is a programming job, only candidates who are passionate about coding may apply.

Key responsibilities

Add new features and implement new ideas with minimum turnaround time using maintainable code.
Develop both front-end and back-end code of new applications from scratch.
Optimize the user experience of the application delighting customers.
Work collaboratively in teams to deliver tasks.
Positive attitude and high level of energy to deliver high quality results and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualities

Hands-on experience in Java, or Javascript programming on Unix/Linux environments.
Good at OOP concepts along with Design/Architecture patterns.
Good understanding on database technologies like Postgres, MySQL, etc.
Solid understanding of web architecture and standards.
Hands-on experience with React.JS is highly desired
Understanding of Bootstrap, React, HTML5, CSS3 is a big plus.
Familiarity with request/response or client/server model and REST APIs.
Willingness to learn and adopt new and emerging technologies to provide right solutions to the clients.
Passionate about programming, new technologies and solving problems.
Startup-minded, loves open-source and looking forward to work on complex products.
Independent and task oriented.
