Job Description

Experience: Minimum 6 months in backend operations

 

Designation: Associate / Sr. Associate

 

Key Skills:

 

Excellent communication (audio/video)

Attention to detail, logical,

Job role will be to do verification across global educational licenses and organizations

Graduates only

BGV (Background Verification) experience accepted

 

Shift & Work Mode:

 

Any 3 shifts: 9 AM to 6 PM, 1 PM to 10 PM, 4 AM to 1 AM

Any 5 days of the week

4 to 1am, shift may be WFH; transport details to be confirmed.

No rotational shifts.

 

Role Details:

Outbound verification calls (20–25 calls/day)
