Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (or
higher qualified)
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: 6k to 8k (fixed) + incentive
Skill:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform
them about our services using scripts.
- Answering questions about services
or the company
- Ask questions to understand
customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field
sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer
information in the database
- Take and process orders in an
accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the
company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales
quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales
and note useful information
- Contribute to the team
performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas.
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
