Job Description

  • Place orders on all exchanges as requested by clients over phone
  • Respond to customer requests on phone / email
  • Provide technical support to client on trading software with utmost focus on quality interaction without compromising standards set forth by company.
  • Maintain client relationship with immense focus on client satisfaction by building trust, creating value and demonstrating highest level of integrity
  • Provide client only the facts about current market developments, not any speculative tips.
  • Be informed and updated on the ongoing market developments.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Graduate in any stream with 0-2 years experience. Exposure to finance industry would be preferred. NISM Certification would be and added advantage.
  • Working experience as a dealer with reputed brokerage would be preferred for Asst Manager post
  • Self-motivated, team player, with excellent communication ( written / verbal) skills )
  • A good listener to understand client requirements and attentive while executing orders
  • Passionate to exceed customer satisfaction while handling relationship or solving problems.
