Job Description
We are seeking a Skilled Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineer who must have good Practical Knowledge of Industrial Automation Tools(PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, VFD, Panel Designing, basic Instrumentation, AutoCAD Designing etc..)
Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-On Training and Field Exposure
-
Assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.

Work on wiring diagrams, control panel layout, and component selection for automation projects.
-
Participate in field visits to industrial plants and factories for inspection and testing of equipment.
-
Support senior engineers in executing site activities including hardware setup and I/O checks.
2. Programming & System Configuration
-
Learn and apply PLC programming (Ladder, Function Block, Structured Text) on brands such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc.

Work on HMI and SCADA configuration using software like WinCC, Wonderware, Intouch, or FactoryTalk.

Understand and support the development of DCS architecture and basic control strategies.

Perform logic development, testing, debugging, and simulation on automation platforms.
3. Electrical & Panel Design
-
Support the design and drafting of electrical panels using AutoCAD and EPLAN.

Understand power and control circuit design, motor control centers (MCC), and relay logic.
-
Prepare wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bill of materials under supervision.
4. Instrumentation & Control
-
Gain practical understanding of field instruments like sensors, transmitters, actuators, flow meters, level switches, etc.

Assist in calibration and signal testing of instruments during field commissioning.

Work with protocols like 4-20mA, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and troubleshoot communication issues.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain project logs, training reports, and client documentation as per guidelines.
-
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and installation guides in coordination with senior staff.
-
Support in preparing technical documentation for proposals and engineering reports.
