• The ideal candidate should have completed minimum of 10th or 12th standard of education
• be fluent in Tamil. Preferably in English as well
• be willing to work on Sundays, if need be
• identify the client's specific model, budget of the car & show the relevant cars
• take the clients for test drive
• be street smart & be able to close the sales with minimum effort
• read instructions/guidelines/Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
• complete statutory documents relevant to safety and hygiene
• modify work practices to improve them
• ask for clarifications about the job requirement from superior
• work with supervisors/team members to carry out work related tasks
• complete tasks efficiently and accurately within stipulated time
• inform/report to concerned person in case of any problem
• make timely decisions
• be punctual, utilize time and manage workload efficiently
• write in at least one language and complete written work with attention to detail
• evaluate strategies to maintain, enhance or reduce the intensity of heightened emotional

• use correct body language and etiquette for attending customers
