Job Description

The ideal candidate should have completed minimum of 10th or 12th standard of education
be fluent in Tamil. Preferably in English as well
be willing to work on Sundays, if need be
identify the client's specific model, budget of the car & show the relevant cars
take the clients for test drive
be street smart & be able to close the sales with minimum effort
read instructions/guidelines/Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
complete statutory documents relevant to safety and hygiene
modify work practices to improve them
ask for clarifications about the job requirement from superior
work with supervisors/team members to carry out work related tasks
complete tasks efficiently and accurately within stipulated time
inform/report to concerned person in case of any problem
make timely decisions
be punctual, utilize time and manage workload efficiently
write in at least one language and complete written work with attention to detail
evaluate strategies to maintain, enhance or reduce the intensity of heightened emotional
response
use correct body language and etiquette for attending customers
