Job Description
- Sound knowledge of Azure VM Administration skills.
- Should be able to perform a technical impact assessment of changes done in Azure, SQL, environments.
- Knowledge of administering, configuring monitoring solutions like SCOM, OMS etc.
- Experience in working in Managed services/Operations support delivery team serving global customers in different time zone.
- Interact with Customer stakeholders, Internal Microsoft stakeholders in premier, account team of different customer accounts.
- Single person responsible for the technical delivery of managed services.
- Provide regular status updates / reporting (Daily, Weekly, monthly) to the management in Microsoft, Customer teams.
- Identify process, tools improvement areas and drive the implementations with the help of tools team.
- Should be a very good communicator and excellent team player- Excellent written, spoken communication skills.
- Ability to learn and Quick to ramp up on new technologies and evolutions on Cloud Services provided by Microsoft.
- Knowledge in VMWare and Microsoft Private Cloud will be added advantage
- Knowledge in O365 will also be an added advantage
