Position Overview
A B2B Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Unlike B2C sales, B2B sales involve selling products or services to other businesses, distributors, or resellers rather than directly to consumers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, market trends, competitor analysis, and the ability to present value-driven sales pitches. The B2B Sales Executive works to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and strengthen brand positioning within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential business clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Sales Pitch & Product Presentation

4. Negotiation & Closing Sales

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment structures with clients.

Ensure all agreements are documented and comply with company policies.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Keep up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to management on product performance and potential areas of improvement.

Identify opportunities for new product launches or service enhancements.
6. Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.

Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Coordinate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional materials.

Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
