Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential business clients from provided databases or through cold calling techniques.

Identify and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.

Understand the needs and challenges of the prospect and offer appropriate products or services.

Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
2. Relationship Building

Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.

Follow up regularly with potential clients to maintain engagement and convert them into qualified leads.

Maintain a courteous and professional tone on every call to enhance the brand's image.
3. CRM and Data Management

Maintain detailed records of all calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.

Update customer and lead information accurately after every interaction.

Ensure data confidentiality and handle client information responsibly.
4. Sales Support

Work closely with the field sales or business development team by passing on quality leads and briefing them about client expectations.

Assist in creating call scripts, email follow-ups, and product information documents.

Support the sales team with background research on target companies or industries.
5. Feedback and Reporting

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion progress, and challenges faced.

Share feedback from clients regarding pricing, service features, or competitor activities.

Suggest improvements to scripts or calling strategies based on outcomes and call performance.
