Duty- Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm)

Responsibilities:

Process and track life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines

Provide backend support to the sales team by preparing policy documents and coordinating with insurance providers

Handle customer queries and concerns related to life insurance policies

Maintain and update customer records in the company database

Assist in claim settlement process for life insurance policies

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations

Prepare reports and perform data analysis as required
