Graduate

Min 2 years of experience in the email process in BPO Industry / 1 yr into BFSI (banking , financial service and insurance) Industry
6 days working, 1 rotational off
Exp - Minimum 1 yr into Email process

Excellent / fluent communication required

Responsibilities:

Handling complaints and irate customers

Providing information and answering questions about products or services

Answering questions about payment plans and refunds

Technical support

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Customer relationship management

Order management is important for those of you who fulfill online orders.
