✅Job Summary:
➡️We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele caller to
handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves communicating with
potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and
maintaining positive customer relationships.
✅Key Responsibilities:
➡️Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
➡️Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
➡️Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
➡️Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses.
➡️Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
➡️Provide excellent customer service and build positive rapport.
✅Requirements:
➡️Good communication and interpersonal skills.
➡️Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM).
➡️Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as applicable].
➡️Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
