Job Summary
The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the organization. This role involves managing documentation, data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for backend support.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and internal documentation.
Manage emails, internal communication, and document flow.
Verify and update customer or vendor information in databases.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong data entry and typing skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent preferred).
0–3 years of experience in back office / administrative roles.
