Job Description
- Employee help desk for managing queries related to Pharmacy services.
- Help Employees in resolving their concerns.
- Close loop on the concerns / requests raised by the employee.
- Coordinate with Employee / Partner / Inter department to resolve / fulfill employee requirement.
- Maintain records of all the walk ins on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis
- Provide timely feedback / suggestion for improvement of the process / operations / product.
- Maintain quality / efficiency as per defined standards.
- Follow Internal policy / guidelines of the corporate client
