  • Help Employees in resolving their concerns.
  • Close loop on the concerns / requests raised by the employee.
  • Coordinate with Employee / Partner / Inter department to resolve / fulfill employee requirement.
  • Maintain records of all the walk ins on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis
  • Provide timely feedback / suggestion for improvement of the process / operations / product.
  • Maintain quality / efficiency as per defined standards.
