- Good Knowledge of Ms-Excel, Ms-Word & Power Point.
- Maintaining files and records with MS Office and other tools
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Responsible to handle the telephone enquiries
- Managing mails and answer to them
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Handle all the other responsibities related to the job.
