Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a graduated female (without gaps in education) at Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore.
Role in Brief:
- Candidate must be able to support the legal team in drafting of various deeds, documents, etc.
- Able to professionally communicate with various stakeholders, vendors, customers, manage & respond to business emails / day to day actions / queries, etc.
- when needed, prepare customer documentation kits, manage related logistics.
- Connect, follow up with customers, stakeholders on periodic basic, address basic and key queries from stakeholders, customers, etc. (i.e Typical CRM activities.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity, status reports.
- Perform data entry tasks from source documents.
- Willing to work on any other tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Graduate from any discipline
- proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, Collaboration tools
- Good Command over English
- knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation, able to speak fluently
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
