Job Description
v Need to handle & support day to day operation activities, sales coordinator on delivery scheduling, follow up and administrative tasks.
v To prepare Quotations, Invoice and Manage Receivables.
v Well-Versed with the understanding of Financials and able to prepare varied reports.
v Marketing / generating new Sales with the aid of available resources and connects.
v Comfortable with travelling irrespective of Day, Time & Location.
v Regular Liaising with the Bankers & Customers for the delivery & execution of Services.
v Well-versed with the Banking operations and basic Loan Products.
v Engaging customers for Meeting, Follow-ups, pick-drop of Documents, Payments.
v Maintain tracker of all the Operations performed and to be performed.
v Skilled with communicating & Emailing fluently in English Language
v Adequate for attending meetings or seminars, sending minutes of meetings.
v Proficient as a Tech-savvy
v Competent enough to Lead Teams.
v Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
