Job Title: Back Office Operations Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Night Shift Allowance

Shift: Rotational Shifts
Weekends: Off

Job Overview

We are hiring for Back Office Operations roles at our Goregaon, Mumbai office. This is a non-BPO role, ideal for graduate freshers who are looking to start their career in corporate operations and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operational tasks efficiently.

  • Manage and update internal databases and documentation.

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in data handling.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflows.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).

  • Documents: All required documents must be available as per UAN records.

  • Experience: Freshers preferred.

  • Other Requirements: UAN verification will be conducted.
