### Key Responsibilities
* Handle leads provided by the company and follow up with prospective customers.* Connect with customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their business and financial requirements.* Explain and pitch relevant financial products and solutions.* Generate new leads through referrals, cold calling, local market mapping, and customer references.* Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers.* Collect and verify initial customer documents and coordinate with the Operations team for further processing.* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.* Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and disbursement targets.* Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.* Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.
### Candidate Requirements
Graduate.* 0–2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.* Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
