We are looking for a Back Office Operation Staff to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth processing of insurance-related documents and customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage insurance applications, claims, and policy renewals.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Verify and cross-check documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance agents to streamline operations.
- Handle email and phone inquiries related to policy details and documentation.
- Prepare reports and assist in data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience in back-office operations, preferably in insurance.
- Good knowledge of insurance processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic communication skills in English.
