Back office sales executive

• Location: Chennai Corporate office, Egmore

Requirements:

• Education: B.E – Civil Preferrable
• Computer Skill: Excel / Word / Powerpoint / E-Mail
• Knowledge of Auto CAD is preferable
• Experience in Glass Industry – 3 to 5 years preferable
• Experience in Support Office operations – PI Making, Optimisation
• Language: English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu
• Experience in Customer Support: Coordination between Customer           
• Plant – Sales team
• Should have good communication skills and good convincing power
• Should be multitasking
• Assist and support the sales back office team in their day to day operations
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
• The support sales team in handling and documenting customer accounts
• Create sales quotations and sales order
• Execute sales orders and ensure timely delivery is assured with proper follow up with all concerned
• Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
• Should understand customers’ needs and propose solutions that suit them.
• Follow-up on all pending matters.
• Discuss and updates the matters with the HOD as and when required.
• Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per PI made
• Handle the sales inquiries effectively
