Desirable Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Back-end developer (Preferable from a Start-up / product-based entity) with Master's or Bachelor's degree in computers are preferred.
- Must possess excellent Creative, Innovative and problem-solving skills.
- Work exp. in Java, Advanced JAVA, Frame-works like: Spring boot/MVC and Spring Security.
- Good understanding in Front-end technologies like HTML, Java Script, Angular and typescript is added advantage.
- Hands-on exp. in handling DB like SQLite & MongoDB are preferred.
- Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.
- Excellent Analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.
- Excellent R & D, Self-learning & Passionate in coding are highly preferable.
- The role is responsible for designing, coding and deploying high-performance enterprise applications.
- Must be open to learn, explore & implement new technologies & ideas.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Excellent trouble shootings & problem-solving skills.
- Responsible to explore the complete SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.
- Responsible to develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Guide the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.
- Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.
