Job Description

Experience: 5-6 years
Primary Skill: Salesforce Health Cloud / MS Dynamics CRM Backend API and DB Testing
Job Type : (Permanent / Contract)
Location : Onsite / Offshore (Pune)
Expectation: Availability to work till 3pm EST daily
Responsibilities

Develop test plans and scripts. Execute test cases and analyse results
Create reports to document testing phases and defects
Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Customer Support teams in identifying and primarily to ensure building testable and automatable components.
Participate in an Agile team focused on developing automated testing solutions
Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.

Functional Skills

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise
Build Automation Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports

Must-Have
TECHNICAL SKILLS :

Proficient knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
Hands-on experience in unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar)
At least 5+ years of experience in test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python)
Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
Knowledge on Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
Good knowledge on Organization administration, Customization, Data Loader, Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.
Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB testing.
Good understanding of database and should be able to write the SQL queries
Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
