Banking executive - WORK FROM HOME
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Assist walk-in and existing customers with day-to-day banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, and account management.

Resolve queries related to savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.

Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing excellent service and tailored financial advice.
2. Account Management & Operations:

Open new customer accounts (savings, current, salary, or NRI) and complete the required documentation (KYC).

Monitor transactions and report suspicious activity in compliance with RBI or regulatory guidelines.

Ensure smooth execution of inward/outward remittances, fund transfers, and cheque processing.
3. Sales of Banking Products & Cross-Selling:

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products such as fixed deposits, recurring deposits, personal loans, home loans, credit cards, or insurance.

Meet individual and branch targets for sales and product penetration.

Provide product demonstrations or walkthroughs, especially for digital banking platforms.
4. Digital Banking & Support:

Promote and educate customers about online banking, mobile apps, ATM usage, and self-service tools.

Assist customers in digital onboarding and troubleshooting login or app-related issues.

Encourage the use of net banking and e-wallet services for safe and convenient banking.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

Follow KYC, AML, and regulatory norms as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India and internal compliance protocols.

Ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and transaction logging.

Participate in periodic audits, branch inspections, and internal control processes.
6. Reporting & Administration:
-
Maintain daily records of transactions, account openings, customer interactions, and sales.

Prepare reports for the branch manager regarding performance, targets achieved, and pending tasks.

Support administrative duties such as cash handling, locker services, and documentation management.
