- Ready to work till 9:30-10:00 PM
- Possess knowledge of all hair/skin treatments
- Good communication skill
- Having Hydra facial/chemical peel will be additional perk
- Hair/eye lashes extensions
Key Responsibilities
1. Hair Care Services
-
Provide hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and coloring services for women, men, and children.

Offer specialized hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin treatment, and scalp care.

Suggest hairstyles based on clients’ face shapes, lifestyles, and preferences.

Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
2. Skin Care Services
-
Perform facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, and advanced skincare treatments based on skin type.

Apply masks, scrubs, and other beauty products to improve skin health.

Recommend skincare routines and products tailored to clients’ needs.

Maintain knowledge of new skincare techniques and equipment.
3. Makeup Services
-
Apply makeup for various occasions including weddings, parties, photo shoots, and professional events.

Create natural, glamorous, or themed looks as per client requests.

Suggest makeup styles and products suited to skin tone, texture, and occasion.

Keep makeup tools and products clean and sanitized.
4. Nail Care & Hand/Foot Treatments
-
Perform manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polishing, and nail art.
-
Offer treatments for hand and foot care, such as paraffin wax or scrubs.

Maintain knowledge of nail health and hygiene practices.
5. Hair Removal & Grooming
-
Provide hair removal services including threading, waxing, and tweezing.

Offer eyebrow shaping and tinting to enhance facial features.
-
Ensure procedures are done safely and comfortably for the client.
6. Client Consultation & Service Excellence
-
Greet clients warmly and assess their beauty needs.

Suggest suitable treatments and explain the process clearly.

Provide aftercare advice for skin, hair, and beauty treatments.

Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
7. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
-
Sterilize tools and maintain a clean working area before and after each service.

Follow safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and infections.

Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in working condition.
8. Product Knowledge & Sales
-
Stay informed about beauty products, tools, and cosmetics in the market.

Recommend and sell salon products to clients based on their needs.

Meet sales targets for beauty products and services.
9. Continuous Learning & Skill Development

Attend training programs, workshops, and beauty exhibitions to learn new skills.

Adapt to evolving beauty trends and technologies.

Experiment with creative styles and techniques to expand service offerings.
