- Min 6 Months to 1 Years only experience in Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment
- Experience in working with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners and clients
- Ability to Market Bench candidates (all visa types - OPT/H1B/H1B Transfers/Perm etc)
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Excellent knowledge of Job Portal/Social Sites searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder,
- Dice, LinkedIn etc.
