Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of proven success in marketing IT consultants. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in U.S. IT staffing and possess strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Experience Level:-
Required: 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales Recruitment

Proven experience in marketing US-based consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, HR, or IT-related)

Market bench consultants to implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing agencies

Maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients

Source job requirements using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.

Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and close deals effectively
-
Submit consultants for suitable requirements and coordinate interviews

Maintain submission tracker and provide daily/weekly reports

Strong understanding of various visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)

Familiarity with US time zones, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and hiring processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM/ATS systems

Experience in working night shifts (US timings)

Existing vendor/client network is a strong plus
