Key Responsibilities:

Timely Delivery:
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the correct address.
- Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously upon delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance if required.
- Collect payment (if applicable) and provide receipts.
Safety & Maintenance:
- Ensure the bike is in good working condition and well-maintained, including regular checks on tires, brakes, and lights.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safety during deliveries.
- Report any maintenance or repairs needed for the bike to the relevant department.
Product Handling:
- Handle products with care to avoid damage during delivery.
- Ensure that products are delivered in their original condition and packaging.
- Follow all packaging and handling guidelines to avoid accidents.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including addresses, order details, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
- Update the system with delivery statuses and notes on customer interactions.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (e.g., proof of delivery) is completed accurately.
Route Optimization:
- Utilize GPS or company-provided tools to identify the best delivery routes, reducing delivery time and fuel consumption.
- Adjust routes based on real-time traffic updates and customer priorities.
Adherence to Company Policies:
- Follow company policies and guidelines, including delivery protocols, dress codes, and customer service expectations.
- Handle cash or digital transactions as per company guidelines and report them accurately.
